Zazen Tue August 7th: 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM Zen practice begins at 7 pm. The format is three sittings of 30 minutes each. The first two sittings are followed by ten minute walking meditations. First time sitters are encouraged to come at 6:45 pm for brief instructions. The Zen group in Fredericton is affiliated with the Montreal Zen Center.
