Meditation practice allows us to observe how we create a cocoon of habits to mask our fear. We begin to appreciate that there is no fundamental obstacle to experiencing basic goodness. Generosity policy applies ~ You may pay less than the set amount if necessary, or more if inspired to support the Fredericton Shambhala Centre's activities. The cost to repeat this program is $50.
