Introduction to Meditation: a free workshop in mindfulness and awareness meditation.

When: Saturday September 20, 10:00am - 1:00pm

Details: This workshop is for people who have not yet received meditation instructions, or would like to hear them again.

This 3 hour format will give the participant an in depth look at the view of meditation and the actual mechanics of how to synchronize mind and body. there will be lots of time for Questions & Answers.
