When we're low on energy and inspiration, we often reach for the very things that drain us. Caffeine, screens, sweets... We forget that embracing a regular spiritual practice provides all the ground we need to feel human again.

Joy in Everyday Life is an exploration of joy as the true source of personal energy and inspiration. The 5-week course provides meditation instruction on awakening the heart and extending loving-kindness to others as means to personal happiness.

This cheerful, perky practice provides ground for us to face our daily lives with a genuine, sustainable enjoyment of ourselves, others, and the world around us.
